Our project managers bring a depth and breadth of experience that are nearly unmatched in this market, while each of our superintendents is a state-certified general contractor with at least 20 years of field supervision under their belts.

John M. Stultz

Founder / Project Manager

Founder and Project Manager, has nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in Southwest Florida’s construction industry, developing the local relationships and expertise that our customers have come to value. During his career, Mr. Stultz has managed nearly every class of commercial project, including office, retail, medical, multi-family, educational, industrial, distribution, and flex-space. Additionally, Mr. Stultz has been accredited by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) for his expertise in healthcare construction and project management. John M. Stultz, Founder, and Project Manager, has nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in Southwest Florida’s construction industry, developing the local relationships and expertise that our customers have come to value.

During his career, Mr. Stultz has managed nearly every class of commercial project, including office, retail, medical, multi-family, educational, industrial, distribution, and flex-space.

Additionally, Mr. Stultz has been accredited by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) for his expertise in healthcare construction and project management. The majority of Mr. Stultz’s 40-year career has been focused on construction management as a distinct discipline. Prior to establishing STULTZ, INC., he served as President for the Construction Division of a large private developer.

Mr. Stultz attended the University of Florida and Edison State College.

He is a member of the Lee County Building Industry Association, the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Society, and the University of Florida Athletic Association. Mr. Stultz now works primarily as a Project Manager, overseeing many of the firm’s contracts with Lee County and with legacy clients. John would be available as a Project Manager for any work awarded under this contract.

President, Principal, and Project Manager, is a Certified General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience directing commercial projects. He acquired the firm from John Stultz in 2022. Prior to joining STULTZ, INC., Mr. Stultz was a member of the founding team of Living Homes, a California home builder specializing in sustainable development and construction. Mr. Stultz is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the U.S. Green Building Council – Florida Gulf Coast Chapter. He has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Mr. Stultz is also a member of the following organizations: Airplane Owners and Pilots Association, Real Estate Investment Society, National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Robert Oxley

Founder / Project Manager

General Superintendent, has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and multi-family construction in Ohio and Florida. Mr. Oxley has been with Stultz, Inc. since the firm was established in 2001, and now utilizes his knowledge and experience to help our other superintendents solve problems and keep projects on track. Robert held a General Contractor’s license for 15 years in Florida.

Michael Dolan

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Senior Field Superintendent, has more than 45 years of experience in residential and commercial projects in Massachusetts and Florida, specializing in medical, office, restaurants, and hospitality projects. Mr. Dolan has been with Stultz, Inc. since 2014.

Manny Gonzalez

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Senior Field Superintendent, joined Stultz, Inc. in 2019 after more than 20 years as a framer and foreman in the Colorado Union. He owned a drywall company from 2006-2015. Since moving to Florida, he has been employed as a subcontractor for Lee County School Board building in Ft Myers and Physician’s Regional Hospital in Naples. Manny also was a supervisor lead for Sega Drywall in many job sites for Lee Health and Family Health Center building in Lehigh Acres. The expertise gained throughout his career, combined with a strong general knowledge of construction, gives him a unique eye for detail and for managing workers on job sites. Manny started with Stultz, Inc. in 2019.

Robert Carlin

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Senior Field Superintendent, joined Stultz, Inc. in 2018 after more than 35 years of commercial and residential construction in California and the U.S. Virgin Islands. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to get his hands dirty make him an excellent job site leader and manager. Bob holds a General Contractor’s license in California and has maintained it for over 34 years.
